- Self-Study is distributed to Dean, Office of Academic Affairs
- Reviewers are selected and approved
- Reviewers visit campus and issue report
- Final Report Writer Identified
- Dean discusses external reviewer report with department
- Final Report Writer works with Team and Department to prepare for response and summary
- Response to Reviewers, Final Report with updated action plan, and Executive Summary written
- Final Report approved by Department
- Final Report is submitted to Dean for Approval
- Memoranda written by Dean and final report submitted to Academic Affairs for approval
- Report to Faculty Senate
