Final Semester Program Review Activities

  • Final Report approved by Department

Before submitting the report further, the Department Chair and Final Report Writers should submit the report to the full department for Approval.

  • Final Report distributed to Dean and Office of Academic Affairs

After approval by the Department, the final report should be submitted to the Dean and to the Office of Academic Affairs.  The Office of Academic Affairs will post the final report on the intranet.

  • Memoranda written by Dean

Upon submission, the Dean has the opportunity to respond to the program review.

  • Report to Faculty Senate

The final step in the process is a report to Faculty Senate.  Please contact the current Faculty Senate President to schedule this report. Faculty senate requires the specific data elements be available along with the executive summary.
